Famparc Meshcore Group

Hey guys,

I received my Meshcore Repeater a couple of weeks ago and I have it installed on one of my 6M poles in the back yard.

I was concerned that it may not get enough charge for the onboard battery via the solar panel, however I am finding that it is keep a charge very well.

On overcast days, it may drop to around 80%, but with around say 2 hours, it's back up to around 95%.

It is working as it should and allows my Thinknode M5 Companion device in side the house to send and receive its messages easily via the Repeater.

On checking the phone app, it has made single hop connections as far as Burnie Tasmania..

Very impressed... and the best part no maintenance, it just runs 24/7.

Also.. noted that many many users of Meshcore are Hams!
