Hashtag Groups
Hashtag groups are an interesting addition to channels. They allow people with similar interests to communicate, but are public, unlike the FAMPARC private group.
The easiest way to find the hashtag groups commonly used in Victoria is to go to the end of this page --> https://xjarid.github.io/meshcore-bot/. I've also created one called #aviation. You'll also see one there called #hamradio.
You'll also notice there's a reference to some bots there (#test & #meshbot). I'll cover those in a separate post.
To add a hashtag group in your list of channels, click on the ellipses --> Add Channel --> Join a Hashtag Channel --> enter the channel name & Join Channel --> Continue to Channel.
