General Discussion

Last Saturday went walkabout again. I have a new (to me) motor vehicle and I wanted to work with my EFHW in the bush. I also wanted to look at Mortimer Campground via Gembrook. Also have a pie and a cream lamington from the Gembrook Bakery.

The food was excellnt. Please to visit the bakery next time you are in Gembrook. Not at all good for the waist line but it sure do taste good.

Mortimer Campground is a small campground. However, it does have basic toilets.

The antenna was a screaming success. I worked a couple of parks and spoke to a ham in Belgium.

The vehicle performed as expected.
