Looking back - the business side of Amateur Radio

This is an interesting half-hour interview with the owner of the UK's largest ham radio retailer, Martin Lynch and Sons. I found it quite nostalgic, especially as I had a part-time job at one of the shops where Martin worked over 40 years ago, Amateur Radio Exchange (I remember selling many units of the FT-290R, a bit of a game changer rig, which just flew off the shelves).
Martin - who is a natural salesman - has some interesting things to say about how ham radio has changed over the last 50 years or so, the effect of the Internet, etc. It's quite UK-centric, but also relevant to Australia, I think. Worth a look - I'd be interested in members' comments.
