Radio Campout Poplars Campground
From the 21st to the 25th October I am going to the Poplars Campground, Loch Valley Rd via Noojee. Anyone wishing to join me from our club is invited.
The road to the campground is sealed except for the last couple hundred metres. You can see the type of camp site from the photos. There are drop pit toilets and fire pits. Big fire pits. There are bucket loads of trees to hang antennas from.
Getting to the campground is easy. Head to Noojee. When you get to Noojee turn left on to Lock Valley Road and follow your nose.
One point to note. Noojee has limited grocery supplies and no fuel. There is a cafe and a bistro.
