That looks a fantastic site for running a qrp station. What is the metal framing in the for ground. Could you hang an antenna off it? I see there is several tables there. Any chance of a bbq or toilets. It may make a nice day out over the summer. How long did it take you to get there?

It‘s a beautiful spot.. The metal thing is a Sign Post showing distances to places.. No toilets, or BBQ.. but could use a bush to have pee… lol 😂

Take a BBQ .. I‘m keen to do a radio activation.. I did one on Tuesday in a valley on Loch Valley Rd Poowong.. not the best spot but I had it to myself as you can only get a bike in.. no cars.. would not recommend it with.
