One of our active members recently purchased a 2mtr Diamond Beam.
Daryl vk3hbp is the proud owner, and recently displayed at the club rooms..
We found the antenna to be of very good quality and after some recent testing at a local park, it certainly proved itself, with excellent back to front, and signal enhancement.
Our testing showed a vast improvement over an omnidirectional vertical, with increased signal to and from the location back to our club repeater.

I drilled two holes in the boom to mount it vertically and used a 1m length of PVC pipe so the mast does not affect the antenna.
I don’t have the horizontal mount shown in the picture, this is an optional item.
I have ordered this item but don’t have it yet. This will mean the PVC pipe will be unnecessary.
Re the diamond beam. I’ve got the 10 el. Great antenna. Gets into RUV from Rye. Will be putting up at Blairgowrie. Because I’m further west it may work Better
