VK2WI Morse Automated Morse practice transmitter

The VK2WI Morse Automated Morse practice transmitter on 3699kHz, has been restored to service. Outside of VK2WI News and callback times, this service continuously transmits morse practice text and information, at a variety of sending speeds.
