Here's the latest pre-brief for the ARISS SSTV Series 28 ham radio event that begins on Monday.
Due to other activities on the ISS, start time for transmissions is now around 16:05 UTC | 12:05 PM ET.

You will find the best passes start at around 0300 local time and finish around 1400-ish local time.
This is what you need:
A radio capable of receiving 145.800. Any 2 metre radio will do.
A computer and a SSTV program.
A USB cable to marry the computer and radio.
That’s all you need. Nothing else. Leave the radio and computer running overnight. Then in the morning see what you got.
If you are awake when the satellite goes over then you can allow for the doplar shift. As the satellite approaches you actually find the strongest signal at around 145.798. As the satellite passes you will find the strongest signal will slowly move to…
