EMDRC Club member Luke VK3UKW is looking for a power efficient FM radio for portable operation with the following specs:

- 2m FM, 70cm is a bonus- wide FM capable, narrow FM is acceptable if the price is right- TX offset for repeater operation, CTCSS is a bonus- 20W or 25W RF output on VHF- Power consumption less than 75W on full power TX- negotiation basis for price 100 dollars
